Freightliner was the proud sponsor of the 47th South African Championship horseshow, held in Bloemfontein recently - the biggest outdoor Saddle Horse show in the world, with more than 1200 horses competing for the coveted South African Championship titles.

The highlights will be televised during June and July, on M-Net Supersport.

Many of Freightliner’s clients are active breeders and participants at these shows and it provided a unique opportunity to build client relationships.

A number of local dealers were invited to join in the festivities. Freightliner divisional manager Johan Cloete and marketing manager Ian Riley presented the winners with their South African Championship trophies.

The winner of the 5-gaited Grand Championship was Brave Heart Warrior and Tharine Smith – daughter of one of Freightliner's biggest clients, Junior Smith of Junior Smith trucking.
